I earned this certification while working with Best Buy Geek Squad, where every standard repair agent is required to stay updated on the latest Apple devices through comprehensive training. With this certification, I have honed my skills and knowledge to effectively diagnose and repair a wide range of issues with iPhones, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. I am certified to address any hardware and software problems with Apple devices, excluding account-based issues like forgotten passwords.

I am actively working towards obtaining this certification, with the goal of achieving it by the end of the month. To prepare, I have been diligently teaching myself and familiarizing myself with a variety of software, hardware, networking, security, and troubleshooting skills.
